One of the biggest things that sets us apart is how our team is paid. Our technicians and service advisors are paid hourly. They do not receive commissions, bonuses, or sales spiffs for selling services, parts, flushes, tires, or repairs.
We believe this is one of the best ways to protect honesty and integrity in the repair process. When we recommend something, it is because we believe it is needed — safety-related, maintenance-related, or worth planning for — not because anyone is rewarded for selling it.
